You were one of the people that have changed my life forever. R.I.P Lou
A small person with a big personality, bigger smile and even bigger heart.
You put so much time, effort and passion into everything you did and it showed. You have that ability to bring the out the best in people and made a group of people who usually sit in their cars to work as a collective either for the Big Learner Relay, Car Fest and even in your training courses.
All your work in the industry will live on and you HAVE changed peoples lives!
RIP Lou, thoughts with you and your family.
Lou, met you a few times and learnt alot from you and your workshops.
The amount of people that are leaving messages, sharing your story and simply remembering you just goes to show how much you meant to people.
May you rest in peace. X x
U were the kindest hearted person i ever met. Right from the 1st minute i met u, u put me at ease. U had a warm soul and the world will be a colder place without u. RIP sweet lady.
Heartbroken 💔 to hear that an amazing human being and general force of nature has been taken way too soon. The wonderful Lou Walsh who I was lucky enough to call a friend. She helped with my check test and I was lead car one year in the relay, also did Car Fest. We were local so saw each other out and about, and when I was down she sent me a lovely gift to brighten my day. Condolences to Blaine and family. 🦋 She is still here, we just can’t see her. xx
It came as quite a shock to hear of Lou Walsh untimely passing.
I met Lou a fair few times at various driving instructor conferences, social meets and of course the Big Learner Relay which I was involved with and will of course miss.
Lou was a fantastic lady and will be greatly missed. Condolences to Lou’s family and friends.
Kindest regards Harry
When I started on my journey to become a Driving instructor I came across Lou and Blaine’s helpful videos- I signed up to the Q&A and came to one of her courses I’ve never seen someone so committed to helping others , Lou really was an inspiration to so many people and will truly be missed by so many people x
Lou was the most amazing and inspirational person I have ever known and I got to know her through the BLR committee and saw first hand the light that shined through her she was very inspirational warm kind hearted and always had time for you and apart from all the work she put into the BLR with Blaine and the committee team she and Blaine still found time to help thousands of driving instructors and PDIs around the country with their development and on top of all that she still found time for her lovely family.
I am honoured to have known you Lou and will miss you ❤️
Through your exceptional ability to connect and communicate with everyone and anyone, you have etched your very name into our daily lives by showing us how to….
L = listen
O = observe
U = understand
You may well have physically left the set, but the Badger’s will never, ever forget you.
RIP
Having spoken to you several times over the years, it’s sad to know you are gone, but you have left a special bond with everyone who knew you, your family are in my thoughts.
Always looked out for courses that Lou was running as I knew they would be jam packed of incredible knowledge and humour. Recently did a small course with her and her energy , enthusiasm were infectious. A truly amazing woman , she will be missed, but if people are in your memories they are never far away .
I only met Lou once but before this used Blaine and Lou’s videos to help with passing my adi test, I wouldn’t have passed them 1st time without the videos, I met Lou on one of the big learner relays in Sheffield, I was a lead car, I can’t believe she is gone, she was such a lovely giving person and she gave alot in her short life, there are no words I can say to help with this for her family, I know this because I lost my son 6mths ago, at the time in the fog all peoples posts about my son really helped because he was loved from more people than I could imagine, all I can say is take 1 day at a time, do what ever you have to do, I spents most days in bed and join a grief group on Facebook who have had the same loss I have had, I’m thinking about all Lou’s family right now and rest in peace lou xx
