Well, what can I say about Lou? Regardless of what I write, my words alone will never be enough to describe this fantastic, amazing and awe-inspiring lady. I was always greeted with a big smile and she was always generous with her time. She touched so many people’s lives and she will stay in our hearts forever. My sincere condolences to her family x
